On 4th January, I visited my old University teacher Prof Mon Mohan Mohanti at his native place, Nimapara, 30 years after I passed out. The occasion- his grand children's arrival from Canada where his son is settled and teaching in a University. Prof Mohanti is a globally renowned paleontologist, active even at this age. He was and will remain as a great source of inspiration to many of us. Sri Pradip Kumar Jena, Principal Secretary to Government of Odisha, seen in the picture, was one of his worthy students.
